Hi! Iam trying to find a sub over the summer (around 20th of May until around 20thof August).

It doesn’t have to be full 3 months’ rent.. and PRICEIS NEGOTIABLE!!
Brief description: Theaddress would be at 402 N. Gregory St. The rent cost (includes internet,electrical power, and water), is ~$510-520/month. However, price isnegotiable!!!! I am sharing the apartment withone roommate (and she will be here during the summer). The apartment is FULLY-FURNISHEDwith 2 bedrooms 2 bath (I only try to find a sub for one of the room). You willhave your own bathroom inside your room. The apartment has huge living room, kitchen,kitchen tools, microwave, refrigerator, utensils, plates and bowls, pots andpans that will be available for use. The apartment has its own balcony, washer,and dryer. Have very good bus connections!
