Hello all,
My name is Jessica Loiacono and I am a member of the University YMCA International Programming Task Force. As part of our efforts to assess international programming at the University of Illinois, we are hoping to meet with as many of you as possible. In a focus group, we can discuss what your organization is doing on campus, what is being done well, what needs you have, and impressions of existing YMCA programs. With this information we hope to improve future international programming.
We are working on a short time frame, so have set aside two times next week to meet if you are available. Those times are:
Monday, March 28 at noon
Wednesday, March 30 at 10:30 AM
Evening or Afternoon session TBD
We would very much appreciate your participation in this effort. If you are available for about an hour/hour and a half at the designated time, please write your name and email under the meeting you wish to attend in this google document: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Atn9cv8u-_CddEFYc3FSeVZnUFg4c3l5VE9oaVZId3c&hl=en&authkey=CMzslrgK. There is also a section to indicate that you are unable to meet at the designated times, but would be willing to meet with us at a later date.
