I am subleasing a 1 bedroom apartment. I graduated in December and I will move out of Champaign. The location is great, 10 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants in downtown Champaign. The Green line (bus) stops right in the corner and it takes you to campus in less than 10 minutes. The apartment is more than 1000 sq feet, and it has beautiful wood floor with big windows. It has dishwasher and washer and dryer in the basement for free. It has a walking in closet and there is plenty of storage space in the closed balcony and in the basement. Parking is behind the house and it is included in the rent as well. The apartment is originally unfurnished, and the price in the ad reflects that. But if you want to buy or rent my furniture, we can negotiate it as well. My lease goes until the first week of August, and my preference is to sublease until the end of the contract. The landlord is Roland Realty. When I rented the place two years ago, it was the only big realty firm with no complains with the Tenant Union and they have great customer support.
