I am looking for someone to take over my apartment lease from Jan to Aug.
Move-in date is flexible, but lease ends Aug 8th.
Rent is $296 per month including all utilities (water-$10, electricity-$40, cable, and internet)
and I will give you the deposit ($300).
Parking is also included and washer and dryer are in the house.
Bus runs every 10 mins to campus.
Apartment is one south apartment (www.one-illinois.com)
It is 4 bed/ 2bath apartment, but there are two more roommates. One is Korean and the other one is Chinese.
