本人寒假回国，房间空出，可供寒假没地方住的同学短租一个月。具体如下：

One bedroom in 2BR. Fully furnished, spacious and clean. Brick building with security gate. Right behind Amko store, 1 block from 5Green bus line.
Rent $270, water and internet included. Gas and electricity are shared with roommate.
