- Excellent location: MRL and Physics building are across the Stoughton St. It is 2 blocks away from Grainger library and Sieble Center.
- Campus police station is in 1 block. Pretty safe location.
- Downstairs is a MTD bus stop, 10 & 13. One block east is 22.
2. Rent
- $ 240 / month*, including water
- Rental Time: Jan. 15 - Aug. 8, 2011
3.Utilities
- Parking lot under a roof is $30/month.
- Laundry on site
4. Roommates are two female graduate students, engineers, very nice.
No smoking and no pet.
* The rent is $ 217/month before May, 2011, when a nice senior girl sometimes shares a big living room with one of the above graduate students.
