I'll leave all the necessities (vacuum, blender, plates, cups, hangers,etc.) here so that you can basically move in without buying anything you need for a regular day. My roommate is an easygoing and considerate guy. I share some of the appliances (microwave, TV, etc.) in the common area with him and you can expect to share them with him too. Heating and water are included in the rent so each of us pay around $30 for electricity and gas per month.
