Capstone 2bedroom 其中一间。有独立卫生间，还有独立衣物间，之前纵使摆了婚纱都还可以摆非常多衣服，和室友共用客厅厨房，还有洗衣机烘衣机。学期中22路公车每十分钟一班到学校，不论是到Union, Engineering or Business都很方便。Captstone还有自己的健身房。
室友是一个美国女博士生，人很和善，很会做饭，特別会做甜点（吃过很多），之前也帮我老婆解决过很多英文问题，还有，我太太是她来这边之后第三位结婚的室友

I'm subleasing a nice beautiful bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment at Capstone for the Spring Semester. It will be available from mid January to July 31st noon time. It is fully furnished and all utilities are included. The best of all, you have your own bathroom. I really like the layout of the apartment. The common area will be shared with my roommate, which includes a living room and kitchen. It also includes washer and dryer inside the unit. Parking is free. If you feel lazy to go to the school gym, Capstone has its own fitness room. It is open all year long. My roommate is a female PhD student. She is super nice and friendly. Did I mention that she is an awesome baker?
