From now to Aug 30: Sublease a room in a 2b apt in Orchard down (furnished)

I have a spare room in the 2b apartment in Orchard down available from now to Aug 30. It has all necessary furniture and have TV and high speed internet. You can rent one month or rent day by day. The rent is 740/2 + 30 (utility) = 400 including everything. Or you pay $14 per day.
