"The past six months, I’ve been a part of an amazing experience that I want to share with you and the members of your organization. I’m an intern at INVISTA, a company headquartered in the United States that has a business presence in more than 20 countries. INVISTA creates innovations in nylon, spandex and polyester products that play a role in nearly every aspect of your daily life. Because of a unique program INVISTA offers, called Back to Asia, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute toward the success of a global company.
INVISTA’s Back to Asia program gives talented Asian students and graduates from an American university the opportunity to live in the United States and work for INVISTA for about one year. Because INVISTA is committed to investing in growth and development in Asia, the goal of the program is to ultimately transition successful Back to Asia participants to work for INVISTA at one of its locations in Asia.
Back to Asia has given me the chance to participate in leadership programs that have enhanced my overall professional development.
