The apartment is at 809 W Illinois, adjacent to Lincoln Ave. The original rent is $583/M (only electricity not included), now the price is $399/M since I sublease it from now to Aug.15. If you would like to keep staying in the apartment after August, you can sign a new contract with Barr Real Estate. If you do so, you'll be able to enjoy a free "bar-to-bar move" period. That's great deal!
