The Layout seems as a Studio except that we shared kitchen and bathroom. You have your separate door from Hallway, which means if you hates me,you don't need always to me =.= I am kidding but it's REALLY privately designed. And it's located on the third floor, which means it's really quiet.....
It's one bed /2 bedroom. We shared bathroom and kitchen. You will get the large 400Sqrt bedroom. Including Sofa, coffee table, desk,chair........
The lease goes from Aug 2011 to Aug 2012. Since I am currently living in the apartment, the move-in date is quite flexible. Since I won't be back on Campus until Aug 20th, I can give you my room 600(From Mid May to August,2011) total including everything as above.
