Rent：700 dollars/ 2 month
Utilities: averagely 50 -70 dollars /mo
available from ~May 18 through August 1 (a departure a few days later may be negotiable if necessary)
转租是一所house中的一个bedroom。目前室友包括两个美国人和一个德国人。房内有电视，空调，洗碗机，微波炉，中西式炊具。两个bathroom，一个kitchen，一个livingroom，一个dinningroom，一个backyard。我们上个月春假刚在房子后面开了bbq，可以说住的很舒服。去champaign downtown不到五分钟。
交通。因为同时在商学院和工学院有课，我平时骑一辆自行车。门口有50路可到engineering hall和illini union。三分钟距离champaign terminal，可以乘100s，90,130至商学院，以及各种去mall的bus。交通非常方便。

The house is located a five-minute walk from downtown Champaign and is near numerous bus lines that go to campus. Its large backyard is great for barbecuing during the summer. There are two common bathrooms, a large living room and dining room as well as extensive storage space in the basement and attic. Parking is available in a driveway and on the street. In the past, it has been the type of house where roommates enjoy being social but also can have their own space when they need it.
