A. Program Officer

Location: Beijing, China
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design programs and monitor the progress of projects;
• Develop proposals and prepare project application materials;
• Monitor news and events pertaining to ChangCe's focuses and attend relevant events and meetings; identify and research new potential partners with opportunities relevant to ChangCe's focuses;
• Keep the relationships organized and help maintain good relationships with partners;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• A minimum of master degree, preferring in economics, public administration or other related fields;
• Professional program management experience, a minimum of 2 years’ full-time work experience in international organizations is preferred;
• Working experience on applied research fields and in Grant-making Foundation will be a plus;
• Knowledge of key organizations and networks active in the field will be a plus;
• Fluent in both Chinese and English in both spoken and in written.

B. Research Fellow / Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Cooperate with well-known professors and experts in domestic, contribute to the production of research reports and publications;
• Contribute to the development of proposals;
• Participate in field studies, collect and analyze data and information;
• Complete project report and other documents needed.
Requirements:
• A minimum of master degree, preferring in Energy Sources, Power, Resource Management, Economics or other related fields; Ph.D. degree is preferred;
• Extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative research; proficiency in econometric models with mathematical background is preferred;
• Good information collecting and analyzing ability;
• Experience in policy research is preferred;
• Oversea education background and working experience in international research institutions, international organizations and foundations will be a plus;
• Good communication skills and good in both Chinese and English.
