International Students arriving on campus beginning July 26 can move directly into early arrival housing at Florida Avenue Residence Halls for $30/night. International students who would like to arrange for early arrival housing before August 15 can apply using our online form. They may reside in FAR until Sunday August 15, 2010 at 8 a.m. Upon checking out of FAR they will be allowed to check in to their permanent fall assignment.
The rates for early arrival housing are shown below. This fee will be charged to the student’s account and will be reflected in the October 2010 bill. This fee includes two meals each day (lunch and dinner, beginning on Monday). See more information about early arrival dining locations.
When students are ready to check in to their fall University Housing room they can go directly to their area or complex front desk and the desk staff will check them in, and give them their room key and card access to the facility. Below is a breakdown of costs:
* Move in Sunday, August 15 = $180 (no meals on Sunday)
* Move in Monday, August 16 = $150
* Move in Tuesday, August 17 = $100
* Move in Wednesday, August 18 = $50 |
