    春季当然有lease

    不过离校区green street坐车要10min左右，看你的专业，如果你们系不在green上，还要久一点

    好处是这里价格优势，有自己的bathroom

I live in One north now. The best thing is:
Their maintenance service are pretty good. when I called for maintenance, they take care of it almost at the same day.

The bad thing is:
Their charges are not as cheap as they seems. If you move in Aug. 20 and move out Dec 22. You will get charge for 6 months of rent even though you only stay for 4 month and 2 days. Be aware!
