個人意見, 一個月總費用350一下比較困難找, 而且要符合離教學樓, 超市, 健身房近的要求
除非是很舊房東很不負責的那種, 一個月400左右比較合適哈, 考慮有水電費, 網費, (cable,) 冬天暖氣夏天空調

I am looking for sublease. It's a one bedroom apartment, no need to share.701 S. Gregory St. Very close to CRCE (gym). About 10 min walk to Loomis Lab (Physics department) There is also a bus line to Loomis Lab, 3 min walk to the bus stop.
You can take another bus line that takes you to County Market (supermarket) from the same bus stop. However, price is a little higher than what you are asking. As VIDA said, it is very hard to find apartment that meet up all you want. If you are interested, write to lo3@illinois.edu. I can send you photo and we can discuss the rent.
