ms wang inspected the car twice before buying and put a deposit on the car on the second visit. 0n 01/03/2013 she purchased the car. she is claiming we told her the car had leather and a sunroof,upom visual inspection of the car she could see on the three times she looked at the car it did not have leather or a sunroof. the paperwork clearly lists the vin number and in no way was the car represnted to have leather or a sunroof,i would be happy to talk to ms wang about this . i dont understand the nature of the complaint , please contact me if i can be of help. I am just claiming that the dealer told me that the car is 2008 Mazda6 i Grand Touring, actually, it is a Mazda6 i Sport Value Edition. It is obvious that there is commercial fraud in this business. When I bought it, I know very little about car's style and specification; I really did not know Grand Touring should have leather seats, sunroof, etc. So the fraud information lead me bought the car on an unreasonable price. The dealers in this company should know very clearly about the cars style. So they should responsible for the result of the fault information. |
