Summer Sublease: May 15 - Aug 10 (negotiable)
Location: Springfield and Harvey
Washer and dryer in the apartment
Fully furnished: bed, desk, table, dresser, chairs, closet, bookshelf, fridge, microwave, stove, oven, water heater, AC, etc.
1 minute walk to the bus stop (13 silver and 10 gold)
10 minute walk to the Quad
Free street parking or $32 for an assigned parking spot
It's a four bedroom apartment, you might be sharing the apartment with 1-3 people.
$240 for one bedroom, $450 for two bedrooms, $600 for three bedrooms, $700 for the entire apartment.
Utilities/ Internet not inclueded.
The apartment is on the second floor and has a balcony

因为很多同学问，所以我多加了几张照片。另外这个房子是四室一厅，一个厨房，1.5个卫生间。还有一个阳台。通风采光都很好。水电的话如果4个人住每天开空调的话可能要120左右一个月。如果不开空调的话可能80以内。
