Great Location:
107 W. California Ave
Bus routes: 5,6,7,10,13,
Walk distance to Lincoln Square, Urbana Free Library, Shnuck's
Close to the police office. Crime rate is extremely low.
I never had any problems though I often come back very late (close to midnight), though I accidentally forgot my keys on my front door several times.
Neighbors are nice. One couple that moved out this summer had been in this building for 11 years. They lived here so long because they loved this place.
Great roommate:
You will live with a hard-working Ph.D. student (male) from ECE department.
I have been living with him for more than two years now and never had any problems.
Great rent and landlord:
$275.00 per month (include parking ,water, sewer, NOT include electricity and networking)
The landlord is nice, accessible and responsible. He is living nearby and appears almost everyday.
Other attraction:
In building washer and dryer.
Small farming land is available during the summer.
Wood floor in your bedroom and living room.
New stove installed this year.
Reading/Computer desk, bed, bookshelf are available in your bedroom.
Microwave, dinning table, chairs, futon, TV, networking are available in kitchen and living room.
You only need to bring your personal stuffs to move in.
Starting date, etc.
Room available around Oct. 1 or any date nearby. Starting date is negotiable.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a male to sublease the room. We hope he has a healthy life style (does not sleep too late, etc.)
