新的学年，CSSA-UIUC将有更精彩更丰富的活动期待你的参与。2011-2012学年CSSA招

CSSA recruiting in 2011-2012 is coming! Anyone who is enthusiastic in providing services for
the whole Chinese community is welcome to apply one or more positions. Working in CSSA
is a great opportunity to build your team-working and leadership skills. You will have a lot of
opportunities to work for great events with other Chinese students and to get involved in the
community of United States. All the work will be properly balanced so that everyone will NOT
take too much time and effort. So working in CSSA will NOT have negative effect on your
studying and working. The only things you will get are friends, experience, joy, achievement and
much more. Do not hesitate to stand out now!

Finance 财务部
Accounting and Applying SORF.
记账；协调学校的SORF体系。
Information Technology 网络技术部
Design, maintain and update the CSSA website and BBS.
Provide technical support to all activities of CSSA concerning media,
video, information aspects etc.
设计，维护和更新CSSA主页以及BBS；为CSSA各种活动提供媒体，视频，信息等方面的
技术支持。
Fundraiser 外联部
Collect information about housing, autos, food, etc. Edit new student handbook.
Contact local businesses, and raise fund for CSSA events and discount card.
收集学校周边衣食住行信息，编辑新生学生手册；和香槟地区的各商家联系，拉赞助，联
系打折卡，集资等等。
Undergraduates 本科生部
Organize short distance traveling, hiking, fishing, etc. Also provide information about long-
distance traveling.
协助协调本科生事务，促进本科生和研究生的交流，举办针对本科生的活动，如旅行、舞
会、滑雪等。
Sports and Entertainment 文体部
Organize parties such as Moon Festival party, Spring Festival party and other smaller parties.
Organize dance parties and dancing training.
Organize training and matches for sports.
组织各种娱乐活动，丰富UC地区华人课余生活；组织各种形式的体育活动，丰富课余生活
之余强健华人体魄。
Student Affairs 学生事务部
Pick up new students, and organize New Corn Orientation.
Locate for temporary and permanent housing for new students.
负责新生的接机，并组织迎接新生活动；帮助解决新生衣食住行方面的问题。
Graduate Students 研究生部
Organize speeches and seminars and collect information about job hunting, changing visa status,
financing, promote the communication and relationships building among graduate students, etc.
组织与学术相关的演讲与讲座；促进本科生与研究生以及各专业研究生之间的交流，收集
和发布与就业、签证、金融等相关信息。
Public Relationship 公共关系宣传部
Design and distribute posters and fliers. Make announcements for huge events.
Communicate with other organizations inside and outside school. Respond to inquiries.
与CSSA活动有关的艺术策划和宣传，发布告示；负责与校内外其他社团和组织的联络，
定期做调查反馈。
Human Resource 人力资源部
Organize activities inside CSSA to promote the understanding and friendship among members.
Help recruiting volunteers for CSSA events.
Make adjustment of the CSSA personnel.
组织CSSA内部活动；帮助协调活动期间的志愿者；对CSSA做适当的人员调整。
Supervision 监管部门 :
Supervise each event of CSSA and ensure the quality of events. Evaluate divisions and individual
job performance.
监督管理CSSA各项活动质量，协助评估各部门以及个人的工作表现。 |
