Hi everyone, I currently had contract of a two-bedroom apartment located at 2108 S Orchard St apt 304. I am looking for a male roomate who can move in during Jan.2015.
There are few things I want to point out for your best interests:
1. The monthly rate for WHOLE apartment is $560/month, which I believe is probably the lowest rate among OD apartment, this rate include Internet, TV cable(more than hundred channels) and transh fee,which is a big saving when you add them up.
