I am putting up an ad for my landlord for a 4 bedroom and a 3 bedroom apartment.
These apartments are on campus, on the routes of 22, 13, and 10 bus, which comes every 10 minutes. The apartments themselves are FURNISHED, and very quiet. This is not a party apartment. The landlord is a very nice person as well as I have been with her for six years. The price is very reasonable for the new condition of the apartments and their on campus location.
4 bedrooms: 1004 W. Stoughton St. Urbana, IL These apartments have new carpet and large screen TV's recently installed.
Price is $1000 per month for 4 people.
3 bedrooms: Only one block from Siebel Center, 904 West Stoughton st. in urbana
