The Layout is quite like a Studio except that we shared kitchen and bathroom. You have your separate door from Hallway, which means if you hates me,you don't need always to me =.= I am kidding but it's REALLY privately designed. And it's located on the third floor, which means it's really quiet.....
It's one bed /2 bedroom. We shared bathroom and kitchen. You will get the large 400Sqrt bedroom. Including Sofa, coffee table, desk,chair........
The lease goes from Aug 2011 to Aug 2012. Since I am currently living in the apartment, the move-in date is quite flexible. Since I won't be back on Campus until Aug 20th, I can give you my room 600(From Mid May to August,2011) total including everything as above. Rent for Fall 2011-2012, is $375.... 600刀整個暑假，375刀每月從2011fall開始....
IT's owned by Roland Reality....No complaints history in Tenant Union. If I call them in the morning, they usually come at noon or afternoon. So they are quite prompt at your requires. 很令人滿意的房東...
