Central air conditioning, very cool and quiet, better than window AC units.
It is very clean and close to engineering quad, would be great if you will have summer classes, or just want to stay on campus for the summer.
We will include a in house dryer for your convenience(so you don't have to pay for drying in laundry room)
It's a very quiet neighborhood and easy bus access on white and 6th which is pretty much right out side. (yellow, Teal, Red, Brown)

We would like to stay but 2 of us have work and the other 2 have travel obligations.
