因为暑假要回国，所以想要出租，现在住所是一个4人合住的公寓，其中3人要回国，所以会有三间空房，可以单独租，也可以租2间， 3间。
地理位置：809 W Springfield Ave.离工程学院步行5分钟，出门有公交13，10路。10分钟一辆
条件：公共洗衣房，因为公寓刚刚update,所以厨房里的一切都是新的，洗碗机，微波炉等设施齐全，有中央空调，晒台等。有2个厕所，还赙赠免费有棚车位。
价格：175/每间每月，自负水电，一般不超过50每月。
时间：5-8月

The apartment is fully furnished with 2 full bathroom with covered parking included. The location of apartment is ideal for an engineering student with all the major engineering department being as far as a 5 mins walk plus the area is very safe with UIUC public safety located 2 blocks west. The rent of apartment is $200 or the best offer. Cost for all utilities though not included in rent rarely exceeds $50 pm as it is shared among 4 people. Parking is included in the rent.
