Due to the graduation and moving out of the state, I have to sublet my 1-bedroom apartment.
It's located at 307 Birch Street, #1, Champaign, IL, very close to Neil&Kirby and the Hessel Park (good place to have BBQ and tennis practicing). It takes about 15 minutes to go to school.
Basic info:
1, available date: Oct 12, 2010
2, 1-bedroom apartment on the first floor with a FREE parking lot
3, unfurnished, but I have a king size bed with the frame/box, a dinner table, three chairs and a sofa in the apartment. I won't take them with me to the new apartment. If you like, I can leave all the furniture to you for ONLY $70 (obo). It will definitely save you a lot of trouble.
4, landlord: PPM. The current lease goes to June, 2011.
5, current rent: $485/month.
