I am currently looking for someone to sublease my room in very spacious 2BR/1Bath apt for $440 per month plus utilities.
The lease can be from Jan. 8th to Aug. 5th. Moving-in date can be negotiable.
The building is newly built and the apartment is nice and big, about 880 square feet. Washer and Dryer are in unit. You need to share the bathroom with the other female roommate.
The transportation is very convenient: Gold and Silver bus-stop is just right in front of the building (Silver has late night service).
Moreover the Strawberry field grocery store just next door, and about 5 minutes walking to Urban Downtown.
My room has a very large closet and a dresser. I will also sell some of my furniture, like bed (just bought last year) and bookcases.
I also rent a covered parking space which is 50$ per month.
I will pay for the subleasing fee. And you can take my deposit after you moving out.
