This position is part of the Global Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for attracting and selecting students who are interested in returning to Asia from top US based schools for ABI's growing Asia Pacific (APAC) business (with headquarters in Shanghai). The person will work closely with the APAC recruiting team based out of Shanghai.
The person in this role is responsible for early identification and relationship building with undergraduate and graduate high potential talent for Asia that is aligned with AB InBev culture and employee value proposition (EVP) and is willing to relocate back to APAC.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with a top school MBA or advanced degree that is looking for a leadership opportunity at ABI.
This position is an entry point into the ABI organization where there is opportunity for an incredible career path into executive leadership for this person. ABI wants someone that will grow and move into cross-functional leadership roles within the ABI organization – GM track. The right person will need to speak Mandarin and be interested in relocating to Shanghai within 12-24 months into a larger leadership role in perhaps another function like Marketing, Supply, Finance, HR, etc. This person does NOT need a Talent/HR/Recruiting background although would be helpful.
