短期租房6/25 to middle of August

I have one room in Orchard south apt available from 6/25/2010 to the early or middle of August. Time can be flexible. The room renting fee include internet, cable and water cost. For a short-term sublease the room, you only need to pay 10$/day, include all the cost. If you have two persons together, we can discuss how to share the cost.
