Good location: Armory Ave. and 3rd., 5 mins walk to Business School or Gym, 7 mins walk to Green Street, on Bus route, safe and convenient.
Privacy: the studio will be empty and clean before you move in, so it is like a new leased one.
Reasonable price: Original is 360$/month; if you can take it the whole two months, it is totally 550$ now;
It is also possible to continue a lease for Fall 2010, so you do not need to move again and again.
