How about Physical Chemistry (CHEM 442 or CHEM 444)?

Forgive me dears, I'm using public computer in library which no Chinese typing system. I just want to ask about CHEM 442 or CHEM 444. Does this course relatively easy for a non-chemistry background student? Or if there are some other choices in chemistry department, but it should be 4 or 5-levels class.
