$280 / 1br - Summer Sublet 3 blocks from Siebel
$280/month or $750 for the whole summer.
I am looking to sublease 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment at 904 W. Stoughton St. for the summer. A male roommate lives in the other bedroom.
Parking is not included, but there is street parking all around. Utilities not included, but are typically ~50/month per person. The apartment is fully furnished and has a large kitchen with plenty of countertop space, great if you enjoy cooking. The location is very convenient, especially for engineers; about 5 minutes walk from Siebel and CSL, and about 15 from the union. I usually bike on campus, but there is a stop for Gold and Silver just one block to the south, and a stop for Green three blocks to the south.
Living room has a 40" TV, Wii, and Xbox 360.
The apartment will be available from May 10 until August 10 (or so, not sure on exact date). Please contact me if you are interested and I can set up a time for you to come see the apartment! I can also provide pictures if requested.
