House layout: 4 Bedroom split-level house(3 bedroom and a full bathroom on the 2nd floor, and 1 bedroom and shower with bathroom at the lower level).
House/Room Condition: Our house is recently renovated, very comfortable living here. Overall the house is clean and bright, way better than many campus properties.
The room comes in furnished (just bring your laptops and cloths), or if you have your own furnishes we can make special arrangement as well.
The room is very large and comfortable and has its OWN SHOWER AND BATHROOM!! you are NOT sharing with anyone.
Rent: $380/Month
Utilities: Not included in rent , average $50 per person
Transportation: Free Street Parking, Free Driveway Parking, Garage storage and parking available, CUMTD RED Bus stops at the same block.
Area Safety: Quite, Safe, neighbors are mostly professors and grad students
About Us: We are all guys, mature, responsible, laid back, clean and easy going individuals. Non-smokers. We have one grad student, one senior and one rent grad all from UIUC
Looking for: We are looking for a grad student or young professional who is responsible, studio, CLEAN, and laidback to share the house with. Non-smoker and male preferred.
