One North 3室3卫 apartment 中的其中2間套房(帶卫), 2010.08.21至2011.05.21(十個月, 但是可以延長, 延長到八月,九月也行), 有傢俱, 免費(車位, high speed internet, sewer, garbage), 包$10水費和$40电費(每人).
22号巴士站就在旁邊. 每10分鐘1班, 7,8分鐘到工程学院, 商学院, main campus, Quad,etc
$350(十個月lease), 这是3室3卫的apartment, 另外1個室友也是中國人.
*****This is a per-person contract, each person has their own individual contract, with one person per bedroom. This means you are only resposible for paying yourself-not your roommates. Even if a roommate moves out or other bedroom in your apartment are empty, you will only pay for your bedroom.
