The house is in S Cottage Ave, Urbana. It takes 5-10 min to drive to campus, 2-3 min to Chinese buffet and County Market, 4 min to Meijer, 3-5 min to OD. It has 2 red, 5 green buslines. Tenants can rent it from Oct.2013 to Oct.2014 or Oct.2013 to Aug.2014. Lease can be continued. The monthly rent is 750$, utility (water+gas+electric) included. The house had central air conditioner, washer and drier. Phd and post-doc couple are prefered.
