General Description: Intern/Co-Op will assist in writing and developing documentation that supports software life cycle management, software design and software testing.
Primary Responsibilities:
Write test software in C and C++ for iC3 software upgrades.
Will assist in developing Android and Iphone software development processes.
Write work instructions on software test frame works and development processes.
Write verification and validation procedures and also perform testing on new code.
Support Software development process requirements.
Experience & Education Requirements:
• Currently pursuing Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Biomedical Engineering (with focus on software development) or Computer Science degree
• Prefer Junior level student with classes in two of the following: Java, C, C++ programming as well as course work in computer algorithms, Eng Comp and at least one year of calculus and one year of calculus based physics
• Familiar with Windows and Linux, MIS-Office, Open Office or Libre Office
• Familiar with graphical and non graphical IDEs
Position is Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm and will begin either January 2013 or May 2013.
