I rent a two-bed room apt in Orchard south. I'm looking for a male roomate to share the apt. The room is available from June 25th. The total rent is 655$ per month (not include electricity). I'm working in UI as a researcher, not smoke, easily to deal with.
If you are staff in UI, you would pay half of the rent fee. if you are student or visiting scholar, you would pay less the average based on Univ housing policy.
