Tire Barn Certificate vs Road Hazard Protection

刚刚在Tire Barn 换了四个新轮胎，他们提供三年免费换新轮胎的certificate， 价格是十几刀一个轮胎。服务人员跟我说买了这个就不用买Road Hazard Protection了。还有轮胎本身提供8万mile的warranty.
实在有点搞不清楚该不该买？该买哪个？

is it worth it to purchase the Road Hazard Protection?  My answer is this; What gives you more confidence driving your vehicle.  Knowing you have the protection plan if needed?  The road hazard protection program gives you peace of mind to know if you do in-cure a road hazard you do not get hit with the unexpected cost of a brand new tire.
