We have one bedroom available Immediately for rent in my home. My home is on two bus lines: the Green and the Blue. The Green bus line serves the central and northern parts of campus, and the Blue line serves the southern and central parts of campus. This bedroom rents for $275 per month. The rent includes utilities (water, gas and electricity). Telephone expenses, including high-speed internet access, are shared among us. There are currently two Chinese students (one male and one female) and one female student from Cameroon living with me now. We share the kitchen and other common living areas. Occupancy would be the spring semester of 2012 academic year or longer if desired and the starting date is flexible. I do not require a lease, but I do require a security deposit.
