U.S. - China Student Pen Pal Program
Central to Bridging the Pacific's community is our pen pal mentorship program. We've realized, over the years and through our travels and studies in the U.S. and China, that we all have friends and family members - both American and Chinese - who are curious about each others' lives, cultures, and experiences, but don't have a way to get in touch with each other. We have created this pen pal mentorship program as our answer to that barrier and we believe it will simultaneously improve the relationship between American and Chinese citizens at a grassroots level.

Academic Position Seeking座谈
近期UIUC清华校友会将组织一场有关“academic position seeking”的座谈。
我们有幸邀请到了三位嘉宾：王欣然，黄正，李小鹏。
本次活动将于11月19日（周六）下午2点在RAL116（Roger Adams Lab，600 South Mathews Avenue）举行。
活动面向所有香槟地区的学生学者。
这次座谈旨在为有意于日后投身学术界的同学们提供一个沟通交流的平台。
这不是一场“如何成功”的宣讲，99％我们在各种侃大山，1％不同专业的思想交汇碰撞。

王欣然博士，本科南京大学物理系，博士斯坦福，博士后uiuc材料系，将于年底回南京大学任教。
黄正博士，本科硕士南开大学化学系，博士北卡化学系，博士后uiuc化学系，将于年底回上海有机所任职。
李小鹏，本科清华土木系，硕士uiuc-土木/应用数学，博士uiuc-土木系, 将于明年年初赴Mississippi State University任职。
