1. Introduction of BBA
BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd. is a joint venture of BMW Group and
Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Ltd.，which produce and sells BMW 3
Series and 5 Series Long Wheelbase and automotives in China. The plant is
situated in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. BMW Brilliance has always placed
customers as its first priority, and provides great support to dealers. BMW
Brilliance enjoys a leading position in customer satisfaction among premium
auto brands. In addition to business success, BMW Brilliance also proactively
participates in corporate social responsibility activities, helping to promote the
development of local economy, and extensively holding social welfare events
in culture, education and environmental protection. BMW Brilliance sees the
associates as a decisive element for the company's success. BMW Brilliance
provides regularly systematic on-the-job training for employees, shapes a
favorable learning environment, and calls for a continuing pursuit for advanced
professional knowledge. Currently, around 6000 employees are working in
the Shenyang Plant, and all the staff members have passed diverse training
courses.
The new plant which launched in 2012 is located in Shenyang economic
and technology development zone with a total investment of 1 billion Euros (9.2
billion RMB), and the annual potential output of the new factories will reach to
3 million cars. The new factory will establish four technologies which contains
Press Shop、Body Shop、Paint Shop and Assembly, and setup some affiliated
facilities like engine plant、logistics center、vehicle detection center and so
on. It will become the most advanced and environmentally friendly auto plant in
China, marking a new milestone BMW’s localization process. BBA has started
the overseas talent plan in order to reserve talents for the new factory. There
will be two career fairs: 17th Oct. in LA and 22nd Oct. in Detroit. BBA sincerely
