We have one large bedroom available Immediately for rent in my home. My home is on two bus lines: the Green and the Blue. The Green bus line serves the central and northern parts of campus, and the Blue line serves the southern and central parts of campus. The large bedroom rents for $325 per month. The rent includes utilities (water, gas and electricity). Telephone expenses, including high-speed internet access, are shared among us. There are currently two Chinese students (one male and one female) living with me now. We share the kitchen and other common living areas. Occupancy would be for the summer or the 2011-12 academic year or longer if desired. I do not require a lease, but I do require a security deposit.
