Hello!
My name is Alice Houston, and I am the program director for
International Education and Recreation (Intedurec). I found out about
your organization through the University of Illinois, and I thought
some members of your organization might be parents who are interested
in Intedurec’s extracurricular classes for children.
Intedurec is a non-profit organization that offers extracurricular
education to kids in the Champaign-Urbana community. Our mission is to
help kids develop positive character traits and build friendships with
others from different cultures though our educational programs.
Our current course schedule includes classes in tennis, Lego
sculptures, martial arts, English writing, arts and crafts, drawing,
golf, drums/percussion, science, and calligraphy.
Most classes meet at Windsor Road Christian Church in Champaign, and
class sizes are relatively small (4-12 students). We try to provide as
much individualized attention to students as possible. Intedurec
welcomes students aged 6-14.
We are currently accepting registrations for Summer Day Camp #1 (June
6-17), Summer Extracurricular Session (June 20-July 22), and Summer
Day Camp #2 (July 25-August20). For more information, or to download a
