暑假一起实习的韩国同学让我帮他在这里发个帖。下面是sublease信息：
Sublease apartment:
It's located near Lincoln&Bradley. Right behind One North.
It's $600 per month and per person. Free Parking, Internet, TV Cable and utility is included. There is an over charge on utilities if it goes over the limit. The only time I had to pay utility is when I had to turn the heater on (usually December ~ February) and it was all less than $20.
The 22 ILLINI comes every 10 minutes to the bus stop, which is right in front of the apartment, and it will take you to the campus in 10 minutes.
The deposit was $99 but it's already paid by me and my roommate, and whoever subleases our room can take our deposit once the lease is over. The lease date is from August 6th to July 31, 2015.
