The area if very nice in a park with a great community for the kids to play and grownups to socialize. The apartment is 2 bedrooms unfurnished on the bottom floor in the corner. It is right next to the parking lot, bus stop, and mail boxes. For more information about orchard downs go to this link.

We have fully furnished it with brand new furniture a year and a half ago. I posted pictures below to show you the apartment and the furniture. As you can see everything is in great condition. I have the list of the furniture below. Everything is less than 60% of the original price. If you would like any of the decorations in the pictures we can give you those as well. We can provide the pots and pans, plates, cups, for you along with the desk chair with no charge.
If you are interested you need to tell us soon because we can only keep this offer up for a week before we start selling off furniture. We will move out December 22, 2013 and you will have the apartment as soon as we move out. The total sum we are asking the bulk price for all the furniture and appliances is $1000

Master Bedroom: The furniture in the master bedroom is all from the same collection of South Shore.
Kitchen: There is a green theme here. You can see the microwave is in great condition. If you would like the green accessories we can talk about that.
Bathroom: Everything came from Bed Bath and Beyond store. If you would like this navy collection we can come up for a price for that too.
Closet Storage:
We have installed shelves to fit more storage in the rooms. Those will stay with the apartment.
Bedroom 2:
This is a white sleeping sofa that turns into a bed. You can see the electric heater as well which is great for winter to reduce the heating bill.
