Qualifications include a PhD or equivalent degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Bio-engineering or other relevant discipline with a strong research/engineering background and significant research accomplishments. Qualified candidates at all academic ranks will be considered, however, applicants seeking appointment above the rank of assistant professor must have a distinguished record of academic and professional performance and must clearly demonstrate the ability to develop and sustain a program of graduate education in their field as well as a funded research program. The appointment for professorship will be full time on NJUT.
The salary range will be RMB 150K to 500K. The university will also provide full benefit package including accommodation, medical insurance and retirement plan. The research starting fund is in the range of RMB 0.5M to 5M depending on qualification. Nanofabrication/Cleanroom Facilities Manager The Nanjing University of Technology seeks a manager for its new nanofabrication/cleanroom facility currently under construction. This position will oversee development of the facility and be responsible for the management of day-to-day operations. This position will recommend new tools and oversee their installation, qualify equipment and processes, develop and enforce operational protocols, train and interface with users, and perform various technical tasks. Minimum Qualifications: - Master’s degree and above in engineering or the physical sciences
- Five (5) years experience in micro and/or nano device fabrication; or equivalent experience, education and training

subject to the qualification. Process Engineer The Nanjing University of Technology seeks several process engineers for its new nanofabrication/cleanroom facility currently under construction. - Familiar with one or more of follow area: Thin Film Deposition, RIE, Photolithography, CMP, plating
