Hi,
I have a 1 BR apartment and am looking for someone to take over my lease. Since many people have asked, this is the whole apartment, including livingroom, bedroom, kitchen. You don't have to share it.
Lease will be available May 2014 to August 2015. You can rent starting August 2014 if that is better for you.
The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple and is fully furnished. You can come and see it if you like, just shoot me an email.
There is a good washer/dryer unit in the building. Very close to the Engineering campus and County Market. Right at the bus stop Sixth and White for easy access. I have no idea about the sqft, so I put a guessed number.
There is parking in front of the building, but you have to pay extra for that. You have to pay utilities yourself, I think I pay around 30-70 for electricity (winter...) and something like 20 for water.
