Hi, I am looking to sublease my studio apartment on 310 E.White Street from May, 2014 to August, 2014. It is one of the most popular apartments on campus.
Room detail: This is a nice fully furnished spacious apartment with AC, heater, large comfortable couch, full size bed, coffee table, functional study desk, a dining table with chairs and all kitchen appliance. For more details, pictures and floor plans please visit University Group website.
It is also recently refurbished (white paint and the white tiles make the apartment looks very clean). My apartment is on the top floor so it is very quiet. It is a fully secured building in a safe neighborhood. It is perfect for someone who enjoys the privacy of living alone.
Location detail: It is located one block from County Market (the major super market), 2 blocks from far east (oriental grocery store) and 2 blocks from Green street. Right across the street, there is a MTD bus stop for Yellow, Red, Teal and Brown line. The buses come very frequently. It takes about 10 mins to walk to Illini Union, 5 mins to walk to Beckman engineering building. Yellow and Red line goes to Meijer, Walmart, Savoy IMAX movie theater and the Market Place.
