1Leadership Track领导力培训项目
Throughout the 2-year development program including rotations, assignment tasks, projects and various training courses, you are expected to master comprehensive business knowledge in the multinational business environment as well as to develop your leadership capabilities.
通过为期两年的轮岗、工作任务和项目等一系列颇具挑战的相关培训课程，帮助项目成员具备跨国商务环境所必需的广泛商业知识，并培养出领导力与素养。
2Technical Track技术培训项目
Throughout the 1-year development program including the training of mechanical, automation and related professional knowledge and skills as well as the job rotation to accelerate enhancing your technical capabilities of your academic background and innovation by fast learning.
通过为期一年的机械、自动化等专业知识与技能的培训，及充满挑战的轮岗，帮助项目成员在快速学习中不断提高专业技术水平、创新能力等综合才能。
